How dlvr.it's 14-day guarantee works
If you aren't satisfied with dlvr.it within the first 14 days after your first payment, you can get a refund.
Refunds are available to first time dlvr.it users first payment. Payments on renewal period are not eligible for refund.
To get your refund
In order to get your refund, you must email our support team with your refund request within 14 days of your first payment.
Canceling your account online will not automatically process a refund.
We'll cancel the service immediately upon your refund request.
dlvr.it may deny refund requests at its sole discretion. For example, refunds will not be issued in cases involving abuse of this policy or when there is heavy use of the dlvr.it system prior to a refund request.
