Google+ is Shutting Down

Google recently announced that they are shutting down the Google+ social network. They have stated that they will stop supporting Google+ APIs as of March 7, 2019, which means that will no longer be able to share content to Google+ pages.

What do I need to know about the Google+ shutdown?

Posting to Google+ profiles and pages will no longer be supported effective March 6, 2019. All feeds and Queues will stop posting effective that date. However, you will still be able to view the settings on feeds so that you may replicate these or add new socials to the routes and feeds. Posting on any other socials connected to the feeds will continue without interruption.

Google has also announced that they will be sunsetting the link shortener. This means that will stop shortening links with the shortener effective March 6, 2019.

All future links will be set to shorten with the shortener. This will allow us to continue posting without interruption. If you wish to use an alternate shortener, or no shortener at all, you may update those settings here.

Any links that have already been shortened with the shortener will continue redirecting to the appropriate links.
