dlvr.it does not currently support the Facebook Instant Article feature.
Since Facebook enforces a detailed signup and review process prior to its use, and is only allowed to be used by the owner of the content originating site, it makes implementation by dlvr.it unlikely at this time.
There is no API available which dlvr.it can use to validate whether a given Page has been approved for Instant Article access, or whether each piece of content is valid for that particular page.
