If you still need to retrieve your Pinterest RSS Feed URLs, please follow the steps below:

Pinterest User RSS Feed

You’ll find your User RSS feed here by entering your Pinterest URL, and adding /feed.rss to the end of the URL. For example, for the User feed for Pinterest User janew is located here:

http://pinterest.com/janew/feed.rss

To get your Pinterest User feed, just replace janew in the URL above with your own Pinterest user name.

PinBoard RSS Feeds

You’ll find your Board RSS feeds here by entering your Pinterest Board URL, and adding .rss to the end of the URL. For example, the RSS feed for JaneW’s board titled delicious can be found here:

http://pinterest.com/janew/delicious.rss

To get your Pinterest User feed, just replace janew in the URL above with your own Pinterest user name and replace delicious with your board name.

You can then use your Pinterest RSS feeds as inputs into dlvr.it. And as you add new pins, dlvr.it will syndicate your pins to your social networks.

Happy Pinning!
