By default, dlvr.it will post your item only once. Then after we post it, we won't post it again - even if the item is modified / updated.
If you'd prefer that dlvr.it automatically repost modified items, we can easily do that. You just need to tell us to repost items with updated timestamps.
1) Log into your dlvr.it account
2) Edit your feed (click on the Feed in question and when the Feed expands, click on Settings)
3) Go to the Advanced Tab
4) Select "Republish items with updated timestamps"
5) Save
