We’ve restored Twitter login for dlvr.it.
We’re still working to find a resolution for the issues with the Twitter API. We recognize that this issue is causing inconvenience and we thank you for your patience while we work on a solution.

Twitter has changed the rules governing the usage of its API. Due to these changes at Twitter, dlvr.it is currently unable to send tweets. We’re working to resolve this issue and will provide updates here.
